Dean & Son’s Global Relief believes that good health and access to healthcare are fundamental human rights. The overall goal of Dean & Son’s Global Relief health programme is to improve the health of the poorest people and ensure that they have access to food. Dean & Son’s Global Relief nutrition programmes work to prevent malnutrition and ensure that those who do suffer can gradually recover to full health.
In tackling hunger, Dean & Son’s Global Relief aims to transform the lives of those living in poverty. Every year, we helps improve the health of thousands of poor people. Dean & Son’s Global Relief work is guided by a health policy. For the most part, Dean & Son’s Global Relief works on improving health through primary healthcare in emergency, rehabilitation and development situations specifically focusing on the following three areas:
