This program is implemented with the purpose of assisting needy children to continue with their education without disruption due to the present economic and political crisis.

Education cannot be valued. Many children find it difficult to access education and gain the knowledge needed due to the present economic problems within their homes as well as the macro-economic problems in the country. Though this should be addressed by the Government at the national level, we are of the view that it is our responsibility to lay a strong foundation for our children to gain world class knowledge, skills and competencies and be able to lead a bright future. Therefore, we propose the following initiatives to be undertaken under this component.

• Assist needy children to fulfil their educational needs and to ensure that they continue with their educational activities.
• Assist the differently abled children to have access to education.
